Malcolm X, a Prophet and More

Malcolm X, a Prophet and More
by Sabrina Dawkins

The Bible says there was a war
and by the blood of the Lamb
the saints defeated Satan,
and by their testimony,
and that they were unafraid of death.

At the end of his autobiography,
Malcolm X hoped that
“it might prove to be a testimony of some social value.”
He said, “I do not expect to live long
enough to read this book in its finished form.”

“And when they shall have finished their testimony,
the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit
shall make war against them,
and shall overcome them, and kill them” (Rev. 11:7).

The public viewing was from February 23 to 26.
Many attended to view the body.
And the funeral was televised.
Unlike a viewing, a funeral includes a burial.

“And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations
shall see their dead bodies three and a half days,
and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves” (Rev. 11:9).

“And if ye will receive it,
this is Elias, which was for to come.
He that hath ears to hear, let him hear” (Matt. 11:14-15).

“But what went ye out for to see?
A prophet?
Yea, I say unto you,
and more than a prophet” (Matt. 11:9).
